COVID-19 Response

Dear Customers,

As we monitor and learn more about the spread of COVID-19 in our communities, we want to be transparent about what we're doing as a company to protect our customers and employees.

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the Ontario government has issued a statement ordering all non-essential businesses to close operations for 2 weeks, and as such in compliance with the government regulations in these urgent times, we would like to inform you that any gift cards submitted during this period and any unfulfilled orders may not be completed until afterwards. In consideration of the safety of all of our employees and upon the recommendations of our Public Health Agencies, we have made the very hard decision of halting the operations until April 5th, starting March 25th. We hope to be back serving all our customers on Monday, April 6th.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we are working actively to communicate this information to all of our customers. The health and safety of our team members, customers and our community is of utmost importance and we hope everyone stays positive and safe during this time.

Please know that our customer service team is still available. You can always reach us through email, live chat, and text. Our operating hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM EST.

We will continue to monitor this situation very closely and make updates as needed to ensure we are doing everything we can for our customers, employees, and communities.
